This crispy delight from Karnataka has been one of our favourite snacks for years. So we thought, why not put our little spin on it? We skipped the frying and baked them instead. Our version uses rice flour and roasted chana dal, and is delicately spiced with fresh green chilies, cumin, and curry leaves. We believe this will soon become one of your favourites too.

Ingredients

Rice Flour (50%), Semolina (रवा/सूजी), Peanuts, Split Bengal Gram (9%), Edible vegetable (Sunflower) oil, Dried Coconut, Green Chilli, Pink Salt, Fresh Curry Leaves, Salt, Cumin Seeds, Red Chilli Powder, Asafoetida (हिंग).
