Shipping & Delivery

Whether ordering last-minute due to an intense craving or gifting for an up-coming special occasion, we always try to make it special for you. Our top-priority is to safely deliver the freshest possible product, regardless of the location.

We ship your orders as soon as possible after they are received. At times we may choose to make a fresh batch of mithai just for your order, so you receive the freshest possible product, which may take an additional day or two.

You may plan your gifting or pre-orders up to 45 days in advance. Though we do our best, we are unable to guarantee the delivery on a specific day, especially for locations outside of Mumbai. To ensure you receive the mithai on time, please select a delivery date that is a day or two before your special day to allow for unforeseen logistical disruptions. Your order will likely be delivered within +/- 2 days depending on your location and available courier partner and mode.

Delivery in Mumbai

For local deliveries in Mumbai, we use our own delivery partners or Porter app - subject to availability. Minimum delivery fee for anywhere in Mumbai is Rs. 150 and will increase depending on your location and order weight.

At the time of ordering, you may choose to pick-up your orders (Either yourselves or by using pre-paid delivery service only). These orders must be picked up between 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM local time (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and bank-holidays).

Delivery in India (but outside of Mumbai)

Typically, the orders within India (but outside of Mumbai) are delivered between 3-5 business days after they are shipped.

Delivery outside of India

We are working hard to offer our products outside of India. We hope to start shipping to the US, UK, EU and UAE very soon. Please stay tuned for the updates.

Due to high international shipping costs, please consider ordering in bulk for a group of friends or families to get it delivered at a single location, and then ship locally – this could be more cost-effective. Better yet, meet your friends with an excuse to collect your mithai and consider sharing it with them – this could be more happiness-effective!
