We’ll let you in on a secret. We slightly improvised on Shrikar’s mother’s original recipe to tone down the sweetness of this shrikhand. It has hints of sour notes from the hung curd and is devoid of any unnecessary additions or flavouring, except high quality saffron and a hint of nutmeg. Needless to say, his mum loves it.
